2nd ClasS In KitchEn~

Since last week we cooked 4 types of eggs...of course this week we won't continue and do the same again...today we had prepare many types of sauces that can be served with chicken, pasta, beef and fish...the sauces we had made was up to 10++...

First of all, we grouped into 5 group, each group about 3 people..after that we follow the instruction and the recipe given by our lecturer, Chef Syed. We all had shown our great teamwork while doing the food production..In the between, I had learn many things from there too...

After prepare all the sauce, we continue to prepare to cook our lunch..we cooked pasta, beef, chicken and dolly fish..I cut the legs and the necks of the chickens..quite scary..this is the first time I cut the legs and the necks of the chicken..Besides, I also had do the sauce together with my friends..I also had cook some part...After that, I accompanied 2 of my friends to make lemon juice...I like it...so delicious...

after all prepared..we go to take the food and eat together inside the kitchen...All of us very fulled after ate..I ate quite a lot...all of us can save the lunch money d..hehe..no need go to eat lunch at cafeteria...

After finished eating, we cleaned the surrounding of the kitchen together...All of us very cooperation ...so the cleaning process finished easily..I really like to work together with my teammates..

I so happy today because I had learn somethings from there..I also took back the soup of the pasta to my home..I bring some to my neighbor and my maid...

I really hope I can learn as many as food I can...so that I can cook to my family or friends...
